At Somiro Sleep, we want you to love your sleep experience. That's why every Somiro Pillow is backed by our 30-Night Risk-Free Trial.
30-Night Sleep Trial
We understand that adjusting to a new pillow can take time. We encourage customers to use their Somiro Pillow for at least 14 nights before deciding whether it's right for them.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 nights of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 30 nights of delivery.

The pillow must be in good condition, free from excessive stains, damage, or misuse.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Somiro Sleep cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the standard returns process.
Non-Refundable Items
